Relationships Unlimited (RU), now the HomeBuyer Angels (HBA), has a unique housing program for families and individuals. Together, we will find the perfect place for you and your family to call home. Living in a home that you will own is far more satisfying than renting an apartment. You will start down a path of greater financial stability by beginning to build equity in your new home today.

With our program, you choose a property anywhere you like, rent it from us for 1-2 years and at the end of two years our alliance partners will help you get a mortgage, so you can own the property yourself. During those 2 years, the property will most likely grow in value (appreciate), and you will share in that appreciation!

Through the HBA Rent to Own program all you need is a small down payment, as little as 3%, and any credit will be considered. We also have a savings match program to help you save even more for your down payment.  You do not even need a social security number. You can use your ITIN (individual taxpayer identification number) for foreign taxpayers using IRS form W7.
